Great Teaching and Learning Tips
Last Wednesday after school we held our first Teacher Toolkit of the year and heard from two of our Advanced Lead Teachers in the Main Hall. Sharing some excellent strategies for how we can all maximise engagement in the classroom, Mr Harris and Mr Godfrey provided some tried and tested ideas and demonstrated the impact of them in the classroom setting.
All staff then had some time in faculty areas to plan how we might incorporate these strategies into our lessons. It was a really positive session and will no doubt help to increase engagement across all lessons and effectively support even more students to achieve.
