Ms Knowles also reminded students that small marginal gains do matter – they all do add up over time and make a real difference. 1% changes for the better have a very large cumulative effect. With that in mind she highlighted the many opportunities and initiatives on offer at Bushey Meads School for students to get involved with to assist them to improve. These include our Time2Shine programme, the many positions of Student Leadership, House Events, the varied Enrichment Day activities and trips on offer as well as the special themed weeks that have taken place this year – such as Science Week and Flair Week.
