IEA FUTURE THOUGHT LEADERS’ PROGRAMME: SIXTH FORM (July 2023)

The Institute of Economic Affairs (IEA) is the UK’s leading free-market think-tank, founded in 1955. The IEA offers various internships and programmes that they run throughout the year. One of the programmes they offer is aimed at A level students. This year they are running a programme for 6th form students between Monday 10th – Friday 14th July 2023. The week will include lectures, discussions, and debates with expert economists. Participants will hear from people in academia and politics about career opportunities, and at the end of the week the interns will debate on current affairs.

HOW TO APPLY: To apply, please send a CV and short covering letter to Brittany Davis at outreach@IEA.org.uk explaining why you would like to take part.

APPLICATION DEADLINE: Applications for the ‘Sixth Form Future Thought Leaders’ Programme’ in July close on 31st March 2023

COST: The programme is free, but participants will need to cover their own travel, food, and accommodation. There is a student opportunity fund available if required.
