I would like to congratulate all the staff and students for their involvement in this week’s charming Christmas Soiree that took place on a very frosty Tuesday evening; the hot drinks and mince pies on arrival were particularly welcome. The evening entertainment started with the superb Bushey St James Trust Choir led by BSJT Music Teacher Ms Fort and involving the combined voices of pupils from the three schools in our Multi Academy Trust – Bushey Meads, Hartsbourne and Little Reddings.
This was followed by a variety of instrumental and vocal solo performances, some delightful drama and dance performances, the very professional Year 10 Band and the festive BMS Jazz Band. Well done to Miss Wray, our hard working Head of Music, for all her work in putting together such a lovely evening that showcased so much talent across the performing arts.
Year 10 have enjoyed World Book Day. Annabel, Ben, Acer, Ilayda joined together to bake and decorate a cake together. They then enjoyed sharing the cake during their CDC time...
