Taking Time to Remember

Acting Assistant Headteacher and Head of Humanities and Social Sciences Mrs Knowles has led a series of poignant Remembrance Assemblies this week and has reminded us all to reflect and be thankful for the sacrifices that so many people have made in previous generations in the many conflicts that have taken place across the world . She explained about all the different coloured poppies and what they signify and encouraged all students to show kindness, tolerance and compassion as we really appreciate the peace that we all enjoy in our learning community here at Bushey Meads School.
