As the new Head of English at Bushey Meads School, it has been an absolute pleasure to witness our year 7 students integrate so smoothly into their learning environment. The enthusiasm and eagerness shown in their English lessons has been inspiring.
I’ve really enjoyed conducting learning walks of our new year 7 classes and seeing our students so deeply engaged in their mythology studies. The creativity and passion that they have shown in their work so far is commendable. I had the opportunity to observe Miss Denton’s year 7 class as they completed their yearly baseline spelling assessments; the focus and determination of our students during the assessment was remarkable to witness.
