Olisa is well rounded in the performing arts industry, starting his career as a child actor in the hit ITV series My Parents Are Aliens. More recently, he has starred alongside BAFTA award winner Michaela Coel in the E4 sitcom Chewing Gum as well as British drama, It’s A Sin.

The students were pushed out of their comfort-zone by Olisa, learning a powerful, sassy, fast paced piece of choreography that required them to think quick.

As always, our talented dancers rose to the occasion, immersing themselves in the new challenges introduced to them. After a high intensity session they left feeling accomplished and energised.

The session ended with guidance from Olisa about the industry, work experience opportunities and possible future pathways in the performing arts.

Well done to all involved. We look forward to having Olisa return to Bushey Meads soon!
