Last weeks Friday Faculty Focus saw Head of Dance – Mrs Rosa share a very simple yet effective resource – visual timers. Having a timer on your slides can really focus the students during activities in lessons. Mrs Rosa pointed out that students with particular learning needs such as ADHD and Autism find visual timers very helpful, knowing how long they have left to complete an activity gives helps them focus.
Mrs Rosa demonstrated how to import the timers she had provided into slides and implement them in lessons! It was a very helpful tip indeed!
