As part of our annual Science Week at Bushey Meads School it was superb to see and hear from some of our top student scientists who brilliantly led our high profile Main School Assemblies for all year groups in the school.
Under the Theme of the Week ‘Innovation’ they outlined in a quite inspiring way some of the world’s recent cutting edge scientific discoveries, which included robots operating on a grape and demonstrating how digital information can be contained within DNA!
The Science Faculty at BMS is becoming one of our top high profile faculties within the school and it is great to see so many of our students studying beyond GCSE on one of the many vocational and academic level 3 courses on offer and then going beyond this to some of the world’s top universities and into some exciting scientific-related careers.
