Assistant Headteacher Mr Varsani led some inspiring Main School Assemblies this week on the Theme of the Week Success. He talked about the journey to success not being some kind of ‘magic formula’ but of hard work, dedication and incremental improvement. He challenged all of us to take those small 1% steps each and every day – if you do this and embed and maintain each step of improvement, you will be twice as good as you are today in a term’s time – it’s as simple as that! The message is simply be better today than you were yesterday and this is something we can all strive to be.It made for a very positive start to each and every day this week in school.
