Monday Magic Moment

At Bushey Meads School we have a very eclectic and embedded culture of sharing best practice across all levels of the organisation to promote strategies related to improving teaching and learning. All staff are involved and are most welcome to take part – something epitomised by one of our newest members of staff Miss Dunsby who shared a brilliant Monday Magic Moment at our Staff Briefing Meeting at the start of the week.

She delivered an excellent 3 minute soundbite – reinforcing the smart practice and power of trend marking; something that helps to underpin effective planning and highlight areas for each student to improve on and make good progress. It was great to hear and will no doubt encourage lots more staff to use in their marking and feedback toolkit.
