Marking to Move Forward

Marking to Move Forward

The second Marking and Feedback Fortnight took place recently and the theme was ‘Marking to Move Forward’. Staff were asked to mark a set of exercise books or test papers and then plan a lesson activity to deliver in the subsequent lesson that either addressed a common misconception or enhanced student understanding of a specific element.

Teachers were then encouraged to send an invitation to a colleague, inviting them into the lesson to witness the planned activity being implemented.
Many thanks go to the staff who were involved as well as the teachers who kindly accepted the invitations – all of which can be seen below.
