It was a privilege once again to profile our great school at the national By Leaders for Leaders summer conference which took place in Central London earlier this week.
Following our successful mini conference which we hosted here in March, I was joined by two senior leaders who visited Bushey Meads on that day and who spoke about how they took some of the ideas shared during our mini conference and used them to have an impact in their own schools – in Walthamstow and Weston Super-mare.It epitomised our outward facing ethos and culture and willingness to share our best practice with others around us.
