We are delighted to welcome all students back to school for a brand new academic year—and a special warm welcome to our new Year 7 and who have made a fantastic start to their secondary school journey.
It has been a pleasure to see them embracing life at school with such enthusiasm and positivity. From the very beginning, they have shown great commitment to our core values—the 3 R’s: Respect, Responsibility, and Relationships.
Our Year 7s have demonstrated Respect for others in and out of the classroom, taken Responsibility as they’ve navigated the challenges of transition, and begun to build strong, positive Relationships with both their peers and staff.
We are incredibly proud of how they have settled in and look forward to supporting all our students as they continue to grow, learn, and thrive throughout the year.
It’s time to announce the winners of last year’s House competition, and while I may be the Head of Ash House (and I’ll admit, just a little bit disappointed), I’m pleased to congratulate Beech House for their outstanding performance!
Beech House truly earned their victory through a combination of dedication, teamwork, and school spirit. They set a high bar for everyone, and their efforts didn’t go unnoticed. Well done to all the Beech House members—your hard work paid off!
We’re already looking forward to the competition this year. Let’s keep the energy up, get involved in the House events, and show everyone what Ash House can do!
Here’s to another year of friendly rivalry and great teamwork—may the best House win!
