Top Chefs at BMS

It was great to drop into the industry standard catering suite at BMS on Wednesday morning and see Archie and Erin hard at work (supported by their staff Sous Chefs!).

They had designed a children’s and A La Carte menu respectively and were working hard to achieve high results in the practical aspects of their assessments.

It was very impressive seeing them at work and we wish them every success.
