The Hertfordshire Immunisation Team will be in school on Wednesday 4th December 2019 administering the above vaccination to Year 9 students.
The attached letter from the Immunisation Team gives full detailed information of the vaccination and if you wish your child to be vaccinated please complete and return the consent slip electronically direct to the Immunisation Team. This is accessible via a link on the letter.
