Simple but effective changes at BMS

A number of students and staff have commented on some of the many simple but effective changes we are making around the school site that are continuing to improve our environment for learning. For example our busy science corridor has a new fresh look, having had some old work benches removed and the walls redecorated. Inspiring displays highlight to students a few of the many career opportunities that exist for our successful scientists beyond Bushey Meads, as well as the well planned curriculum journeys throughout Key Stage 3 – 5 that show the various routes to this success.

Head of Faculty Miss Booth is also planning how the new look corridor space might be used more effectively to enhance learning in science and is considering various options – so watch this space over the next few weeks and months!
