Outsanding Practitioners in Our Midst
Despite the continued challenges that we continue to hear about in education at the moment and the recruitment crisis that so many school are struggling to combat, we continue to be incredibly grateful for the superb staff that work at Bushey Meads School.
On Monday of this week many of our exemplary staff led inspring workshops as part of the annual Bushey St James Trust Conference hosted for the three schools in our Multi Academy Trust and a number of visiting delegates from other schools.
Pictured here, Head of Sociology and Psychology Miss Al-Rubai and Head of Media Miss Collins led an inspiring workshop entitled Engaging Sixth Form Students.
The well-crafted session encouraged much debate and sharing of best practice and all those attending left with a whole host of great ideas to enhance teaching and learning at this hugely important Post 16 level in our school.
It was a great session and superbly led by two of our top teachers – both very willing to share and collaborate with others.
