On Monday morning our More Able Coordinator and MFL Teacher Mr Harrop launched our More Able Initiative for 2022 entitled Drive with all staff in our Monday Magic Moment during Staff Briefing. The carefully planned initiative builds on the momentum of the last few years and aims to encourage greater Competence, Connection and Autonomy with students identified as More Able in curriculum areas across our learning community.
The main benefit of having an embedded More Able strategy across the school is that all students benefit from the ethos and culture created; that of high aspiration, teaching to the top and embedded stretch and challenge opportunities for all.
