“Know yourself, Grow yourself”

self-awareness and expressing emotions

On the 3rd-11th of February 2025

This week the anti-bullying ambassadors hosted a mental health awareness function in LRC4, during lunchtimes. They displayed a variety of activities, including a poster competition, resilience and confidence building wordsearches, positive affirmation leaflets and many other self-awareness projects.

Of course the ever popular Cake and Sweets sale fundraiser was also taking place.

The students enjoyed taking part and discussing their activities with Ms Ash.
