Today, students had the chance to participate in a boxing session led by Luca, a boxing trainer and mental health coach who works with local schools to promote mental well-being through physical activity. The first session was a huge success, helping students release stress and build mental resilience in a fun, supportive environment.
Luca’s unique approach combines boxing techniques with mental health strategies, teaching students how to use the sport to boost confidence, focus, and emotional well-being. Participants learned basic boxing skills while being encouraged to express and manage their emotions in a positive way.
We’re excited to continue partnering with Luca to offer more sessions like this, where students can improve both their physical and mental health.
Thanks to Luca for providing such an impactful experience!
