Herts Young Homeless came into Bushey Meads school to collect donations that our kind Sixth Form Students and Key stage 3 and 4 students donated to the charity- Students were encouraged to bring in an Item of goods or clothing that they could donate to the charity for children 14-19 who may be homeless.

Students donated an incredible amount to the point the charity will have to come back to visit us next week to collect the remainder of the items. The idea came from Olivia in Year 13 who decided that Sixth Form should do something charitable and we work together in doing so.

Prisha our Head student helped to organise the charity coming into school. Our Sixth Form students really do epitomise a ‘Mind to be Kind’ .
