Sally Jones is on the run and trying to clear the name of her dear friend the Chief. She’s a great protagonist: kind-hearted, adventurous, resourceful, loyal and brave. Oh, and she’s an ape. Particularly good for KS3 students – it is a weighty book, but keeps moving all the way to the end! There is a prequel: The Legend of Sally Jones.
