Monday Magic Moment
In our Staff Briefing meeting at the start of this week Miss Sunpongco reminded us of the power of physical exercise and the impact it can have on learning.
Even breaking up lessons with an activity to get students moving can enhance brain development and memory recall. She modelled a physical game to reinforce learning with all staff and certainly got us all active with smiles on our faces.
It was a good way to start the week.
