Learning Journeys

Collaboration between school and parents has always been at the heart of Bushey Meads core values. We understand that parental support and inspiration is instrumental in helping students to aspire to achieve.

There are many ways in which parents can support their children including giving them a safe quiet space to complete their homework and ensuring they have all the equipment they need for the day.

Another great way to show support and avoid the answer of nothing or the usual when you ask what have you done today at school is by knowing where they are on their learning journey. Each Faculty has a road map to show student learning journey and the topics they cover each term throughout KS3, 4 and 5.

Please have a look at these and discuss them with your child. They also give information about GCSE and A Level exam boards
