Tracking and Supporting Higher Prior...

It was great to see Deputy Headteacher Mr Searle and Assistant Pastoral Manager Mrs Smith gather some of our high prior attaining students in Year 10 in our smart Sixth Form Study Area last Friday and talk to them about their learning and achievement at Key Stage 4. This cohort of students achieved really well at Key Stage 2 at the end of primary school and have been set high targets at GCSE level. As a school we want to support them as much as possible in their journey of learning and progress and the scheme, which operates over the next two weeks, will enable them to really focus on ensuring that their attitude to learning is as high as it can be in all lessons to enable them to achieve their true potential.

We look forward to hearing about the success of the HPA programme and hope that all students on the scheme make every effort to achieve their true potential.
