Staff take Marking and Feedback seriously at BMS as we appreciate it is a crucial element of student progress. At this time of year, in addition to exercise books and class tests, teachers also have to mark the PPEs (mock exams) that Year 11 and 13 students have recently completed. In order to offer teachers some time to make a start with this, the Staff Development Afternoon on Tuesday 1st December was a Marking Party.
Teachers congregated (at a safe distance) in faculties to get as much marking done as possible. They were also treated to tea, coffee, cookies and green pens to help.
