Year 11 Food Preparation and Nutrition

As part of the requirements for the GCSE Food Preparation and Nutrition course, the Year 11 students completed their 3 hour practical exam on Tuesday and Wednesday this week.

Each student had chosen one of the 3 tasks which were to prepare, cook and present 3 dishes for either a vegan or pescetarian, a teenager or 3 dishes from the Asian cuisine.
All the students have been researching their chosen task and practicing their technical skills in the week leading up to the practical exam.
They all worked really hard and produced really complex dishes which  which were presented to a high standard.
