Fantastic Sixth Form Cafe

It has been great to welcome so many new Sixth Form students to Bushey Meads School this year, not only from last year’s hard working Year 11 cohort, but also from a growing pool of excellent external applications from a number of local schools. We do hope that they are all successful here at Bushey Meads and make the most of the great teachers and superb facilities.

On that note I would like to pay tribute to Natasha and Bridie the brilliant staff who run the very busy and hugely popular Sixth Form cafe. (and in particular Natasha who oversees the superb facility). She runs it as a fantastically professional catering provision for our lucky Sixth Form students – some of whom are pictured here relaxing between their lessons and also working together in the more informal environment it provides.

She is always looking to provide a better service day by day and so many students and staff are grateful for her hard work and dedication to the school. What I love about her is her enthusiasm and desire to listen to the students providing them with as many healthy and varied food options as possible within a real variety of budgetary requirements.
