Comment : Following the success of the Year 9 Festivals, the Year 8 rugby squad started their programme of development festivals with an excellent effort in the opening week. The boys started well with a well deserved draw against Hendon. In game two some excellent tackling from T Kearney and F Murphy were the defensive highlights as the boys ran out deserved 4 tries to 3 winners over Onslow. The final game saw the boys play some great rugby but were defeated by a strong Hemel team. Special mention to N Cunningham who was outstanding with the whole team all making a great contribution to a very enjoyable evening of rugby.
