On Friday morning last week I had the privilege of supervising two Year 11 classes in the Learning Hub at the centre of our school and was incredibly impressed with how well the students applied themselves to their learning.

Their teachers had left work for them to do and they were all engaged making great progress. Off the back of the inspiring Revision Techniques Evening held the day before it was clear to see how seriously they were taking the advice provided and working towards some positive results in their upcoming Pre-Public Exams or PPEs starting on November 10th.

It was also good to have some thoughtful discussions and conversations about their next steps beyond GCSEs and hear about their aspirations for the future.
