Here at Bushey Meads we take the opinions of our students seriously. Each and every interview we hold at school for prospective new staff always includes a tour by our students and a student panel interview. In the student panel interview a group of six students get to ask questions to the candidates and feedback their judgements. The students always perform so well at these sessions and the candidates usually feedback that the panel interview was the highlight of the day.
