Some Sad News

This week we were contacted by the son of a previous member of staff at Bushey Meads School who sadly passed away at the beginning of this month.

Liz Snyder was a valued member of staff who assisted pupils who had difficulty with English language; she often helped pupils to improve their attainment and progress as the language barriers were removed.

Indeed many of her pupils went on to study at universities and colleges of their choice and she was recognised by many of their families as having made an important contribution to their life journeys.

A memorial service is being planned to take place in Radlett and the family wanted our school community to know about this as well as a tribute page accessed via the link:

elizabethsnyder.muchloved.com

The page includes details of the Memorial Service being held on Wednesday 2nd October for those who might wish to attend.

Our thoughts and prayers are with the family at this sad time.
