SEND Sports Day

This week, Learning Support ran our own SEN Sports Days alongside the main school event. Organised by our Lead Learning Assistant for PE, Mr Kwok, Years 7, 8 , 9  and 10 had the chance to try their skills at many different sports. Students took part in javelin, shot put, discus throwing, races and football. It wasn’t just the students who were able to try their skills – staff from the Learning Support department were also able to show off their sporting prowess.

In the Year 7 and 8 events, Elm were the overall winners, with Ash and Maple joint runners up. However, in the Year 9 events, Willow were the overall winners with Elm and Sycamore second and third. Congratulations to both Elm and Willow!
