Loving Learning Languages
Last Thursday morning it was so lovely to see some of our new Year 7 students so engaged in their French and Spanish lessons. We all know that learning a language supports overall brain development and improves memory. We can develop our ability to multitask and be creative and ultimately, in the long run, learning a language provides us with enhanced employment prospects.

The Year 7 students are already on that exciting journey and were displaying excellent attitudes to learning, following the ‘One Voice’ rule and soaking up the learning, enthusiastically practicing the target language in either French or Spanish.

It was great to see and I wish them well on their language journey over the next few years.
