First STEM Ambassadors’ Meeting

This week, we held our very first STEM Ambassadors’ meeting of the year and what an inspiring meeting it was!

I was hugely impressed by the enthusiasm our students brought to the table and the creative ideas they shared. It’s clear we are set for a fantastic year ahead in STEM.

The meeting began with introductions, giving ambassadors the chance to get to know one another and start building a strong team spirit. We then discussed club allocations, where each ambassador will be supporting one of our STEM clubs.

The group explored what it means to be a STEM Ambassador, from setting a positive example and leading activities, to inspiring others to get involved in the STEM clubs.

Together, we planned the year ahead, which includes:

  • Helping to lead their allocated STEM clubs.
  • Promoting clubs in assemblies, CDC slides and posters.
  • Writing newsletter articles to showcase the exciting STEM activities taking place.
  • Taking part in the cross-phase projects within the Trust.
  • Supporting the whole school STEM events.

Please check the STEM Clubs Weekly Schedule below, this shows what clubs are running, when they take place and which teachers and STEM Ambassadors are involved.
