Belief Motivation Success
Assistant Headteacher Mr Mitman led some inspiring assemblies this week for all students, reminding them all of the absolute importance of having belief.
Belief in being able to learn and improve, (having that Growth Mindset that we so strongly encourage at BMS) leads to motivation that underpins and supports hard work and progress, ultimately leading to great success.
He also reminded all of us that our school community richly reflects so many cultural and religious beliefs and that it is important to respect this and always treat others and their differences with a ‘Mind to Be Kind’.

His assembly strongly reinforced our core values and motivational sayings and was a timely reminder as we head into our final all important last half term of the year.
