We are excited to announce an Attendance Challenge for the Spring Term. At Bushey Meads School we all know how important it is for students to be in school and engaged in their learning. Regular attendance plays a key role in academic success, and we want to celebrate those students who commit to making the most of their school days.
Here’s how it works:
Starting from January 13, the challenge will run for 10 weeks, and students who achieve 95% attendance or more during this period will be entered into a prize draw. There will be one prize for each year group, with the winner receiving a £20 Amazon voucher!
That means if you want to be in with a chance to win, you need to ensure that you attend school for at least 95% of the time during these 10 weeks, which means having fewer than 2.5 days off. Remember, any absences from previous terms are not included – it’s all about your attendance from January 13 onwards.
We understand that sometimes things come up, but we hope that everyone can aim for excellent attendance and get involved in the challenge. Being in school not only helps you stay on top of your studies but also ensures you don’t miss out on important lessons and activities.
Good luck to everyone, we will make the draw in the week beginning 31 March.

We’re excited to launch the Attendance Lottery for this term, which will start on Monday 15 September and run for 10 weeks. All students who achieve at least 95%...
