AQA Awards
At Bushey Meads School our curriculum is very carefully tailored to ensure success for all and our AQA Awards are a great way of supplementing and enhancing the qualifications on offer.
In Mrs Isles’ AQA Lesson last week all the Year 10 students were fully engaged and could explain to me about their learning and also show the exemplary written work they had completed in their books.
The students were studying an important topic based around developing good organisational skills and also focussing on how to develop positive mental health. The curriculum was appropriately differentiated to match the cohort and ability of the students. Engagement was high and great progress was being made.

I was particualrly impressed with Ropa and her beautiful work and stunning illustrations. Mrs Malik commended her for her excellent attitude to learning and progress made.

It was powerful to see.
