Making Shakespeare Fun!

Year 7 students are currently studying Shakespeare’s comedy, Much Ado About Nothing.

Taking place in Messina, Italy, our year 7 scholars have discovered a diverse range of interesting and complex characters. With over 7 key characters and over 13 minor characters, there is a lot of information for our year 7 students to digest.

Studying Shakespeare is challenging but inspiring and to help students remember the plot, key themes, characters and quotations, Mr Carter’s year 7 class have been using a song to help them recall key ideas from the 16th-century play.

Enjoy this short video of Mr Carter’s year 7 class singing along to the key themes of Much Ado About Nothing!
