Psychology Enrichment – Year 10

On Friday of last week, 32 Year 10 students joined Miss Brown for a full day of learning more about psychology. We had a fantastic time learning about how the brain works, criminal profiling and memory.

Many thanks to the students who took part. Their behaviour was fantastic and they engaged really well with all of the activities.
We had fun making neurons out of Play-Doh. We even managed to make some stop-motion films of electrical signals flying down the axons of neurons and neurotransmitters moving from one neuron to the next via synaptic transmission.
The image shows Ellis and Nathania’s creative masterpiece in Play-Doh.
