It’s been a busy week here at Bushey Meads, and as the weather is getting colder, our students are more dedicated than ever!
In light of this week’s theme of ‘progress’. It would be remiss not to take the opportunity to give a massive congratulations to our Year 11 and Year 13 cohort, having just completed the second week of their PPEs, showing model behaviour for the lower years, and truly making the school proud!
This week, we were excited to welcome some of our most dedicated students to school for our annual ‘More Able’ evening, an exciting chance to celebrate some of the most passionate and committed of our student body.
Rehearsals for this year’s performance of ‘Seussical’ are well underway – and it’s shaping up to be a show you wouldn’t want to miss! The students have shown remarkable dedication and talent in rehearsals, so a huge well done to the whole cast – and we can’t wait to see the final production!
Coming up next week, our Sixth Form will be opening its doors to next year’s prospective students, and all of our Sixth Form students will be there to represent their departments. For any KS4 students considering their options for next year (or anyone who might be curious), the Sixth Form Open Evening is a really useful experience. We hope to see you there!
It’s been a wonderful week here at Bushey Meads, and on the theme of progress, I’m sure next week will be even better!
