Feedback to Move Forward

Head of House and Teacher of Geography Mr Mitchell provided an inspiring Friday Faculty Foci at the end of last week. He demonstrated how to powerfully use the voice recording facility MOTE to embed sound bites of teacher talk in google documents to outline the start of a new project or provide detailed feedback to support ongoing progress and achievement.

The soundbites will be there for students to refer back to throughout the project, even if the teacher is not in the room!

It was another example of our school’s strong ongoing commitment to creating and nurturing an embedded culture of sharing best practice to upskill all staff in maximising engagement with such an eclectic range of diverse teaching and learning strategies available.
