L4 Finance apprenticeships at Tesco

Are you looking for a way to gain a Finance qualification, while earning a salary? Then there’s an opportunity for them at Tesco. Applications for our L4 Finance apprenticeship are now open!

At Tesco, we welcome individuality and uniqueness. We always want our colleagues to feel they can be themselves at work and we’re committed to helping them be at their best. We’re building an inclusive workplace, a place to actively celebrate the cultures, personalities and preferences of our colleagues who share the same purpose, to serve our customers a little better every day, and apprentices have a vital part to play.

Our Level 4 Finance apprenticeship will give school leavers the chance to work in a number of teams at our head office in Welwyn Garden City, while gaining a broad knowledge of our business. It’s an exciting opportunity and definitely more than just numbers! Alongside their role in the office, apprentices will be studying one day a week with tutors from their apprenticeship learning provider – Kaplan. Throughout the 18-month programme, apprentices will be supported by their line manager as they work towards a Level 4 Apprenticeship in Professional Accounting, as part of Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) studies. We’ll pay them a salary and their tuition fees, so your students can gain a qualification without any debt!

Send your 2022 school leavers to www.tesco-careers.com/programmes where they can find out more and apply. Tell them to be quick, as roles fill up fast!
