With a strong background in education and special educational needs, Mrs Morley-Birch is passionate about fostering a supportive and inclusive school environment where every student feels valued and encouraged to thrive. Their role will focus on providing tailored guidance and interventions, working closely with students, parents, and teachers to ensure each child’s wellbeing and success.
Mrs Morley-Birch is particularly excited about getting to know the Year 8 cohort and supporting them during this important stage of their school journey. They aim to build positive relationships, promote resilience, and encourage a strong sense of community within the year group.
