Abbasali in 10 Ash took part in the recent Hertfordshire County Badminton Trials and was selected to represent the county in the under 16s age category. Having only just turned 14 and facing fierce competition, we are extremely proud that he was one of the few students chosen; an amazing achievement.
We also heard from Clare Tyler, the Community and Engagement Manager for Adoption UK
that Kacey in 8 Forest attended a camp for adopted children and their families during the recent holidays and then returned as a volunteer, helping with activities at the subsequent weekend camp. Kacey was described by all as being very kind and supported children of all ages and abilities to take part in various activities during the day. Again something that makes us very proud – well done Kacey!
