One of our top teachers and hard working Second in Faculty for PE & Health, Mrs S Cooper led an excellent ‘Monday Magic Moment’ at the start of this week where she shared her well-crafted Student Self Analysis review sheets and ideas with all staff for how these can effectively support students to identify areas for improvement and the clear next steps to take to powerfully move their work on to the next level.
She also showcased her visual tracking sheet which is shared with students, and parents and carers, to ensure that everyone knows what needs to be done to maximise achievement over time. The sense of working powerfully together with all stakeholders was very strong and is clearly having an impact in supporting all her students to achieve both at and above their potential.
