It was great to see Mr Harrop effectively supporting our Year 9 Spanish students in preparation for their end of year exams.
After reading key Spanish phrases on the interactive whiteboard, after a delay of 10 seconds to add increased challenge students had to recall the phrase by writing it on their mini whiteboards. These were then held up and shown to Mr Harrop who provided encouragement and feedback.
It was a great plenary that emphasised the need to develop our capacity and stamina for memory retention and made for an effective and active end to a great lesson.
