Hero oversees the Integrated Services for Learning (which focuses on the Special Educational Needs and Disabilities and Inclusion agenda throughout the county), the Virtual School, the Youth Services and a new Improvement and Transformation Service focused on making improvements to inclusion across Hertfordshire.
