\Hertfordshire Community NHS Trust is offering new sessions for parents and carers

Hertfordshire Community NHS Trust is inviting parents and carers to take part in a series of free workshops designed to help support children and young people’s mental health and wellbeing.

These friendly and informative sessions offer practical advice, simple strategies, and valuable insight into how to support children through common challenges such as anxiety, low mood, and emotional regulation.

Led by experienced professionals from the SEND Mental Health Support Team, the workshops aim to empower parents to better understand their child’s mental health and build confidence in offering support at home.

Workshops are available to parents and carers across Hertfordshire and can be accessed  online. Spaces are limited, so early booking is recommended.
